With our Farmer’s Pick bundle, your family will be nourished and excited with approx. 10 lbs. worth of grass-fed and pasture raised meats to create showstopping gourmet meals. Enjoy a selection of our best pork, beef, and lamb products – handpicked each week by our head farmer.

Your package will include 3-4 of our best cuts of meat each week. It may include any of our pork, beef, or lamb products listed below. Selections are based on quality and availability, and products will be divided evenly as much as possible.

 

Pork:

Everything-Seasoned, Nitrate-Free Bacon: Our bacon, seasoned like an everything bagel. Perfect for brunch.

Nitrate-Free Homestyle Cut Bacon: Smokey, savory and cut to the perfect medium thickness. Great as a breakfast side or in a BLT.

Pasture-Raised Apple and Onion Pork Sausage: A hearty classic made with local Hudson Valley apples, onions, and pasture-raised pork. Yummy with roasted potatoes, paired with onions, or dipped in mustard.

Pasture-Raised Broccoli Rabe Parmesan Pork Sausage: A creamy and slightly spicy gourmet sausage made with pecorino romano and parmesan cheese and locally grown broccoli rabe.

Pasture-Raised Garlic Parmesan Pork Sausage: A kid favorite, mild Italian sausage with plenty of cheesy parmesan and garlic flavor. Easy to eat and easy to love.

Pasture-Raised Hot Italian Sausage: A mild and flavorful hot pork sausage made with fennel seeds, garlic, and spicy crushed red pepper. Delicious with pasta, in a sandwich, or sauteed.

Pasture-Raised Kielbasa: A traditional Polish kielbasa made with tender pork, real woodsmoke, garlic, and marjoram. Great with anything from pierogies, macaroni and cheese, and more.

Pasture-Raised Maple Breakfast Sausage: Pasture-raised pork, local Hudson Valley maple syrup, water, salt, dextrose, pepper, sage, ginger, nutmeg, and other spices.

Pasture-Raised Pork, Broccoli Rabe Parmesan Sausage: A creamy and spicy Mediterranean specialty featuring Hudson Valley broccoli rabe. Makes many flavorful Italian dishes and more.

Pasture-Raised Savory Sage Breakfast Sausage: Pasture-raised pork, water, salt, dextrose, pepper, sage, ginger, nutmeg, and other spices.

Pasture-Raised Sicilian Sausage: Full on flavor, light on spicy heat, an old-world sausage that tastes great in almost any Italian dish.

 

Beef:

Grass-Fed and Finished Ground Beef: Nothing pure meat, 85-90% fat 10-15% lean, to make juicy hamburgers, meatballs, and more.

Grass-Fed Taco-Seasoned Ground Beef: Our grass-fed and finished beef blended with a delicious array of spices perfect for taco night.

Uncured Grass-Fed and Finished Hot Dogs: TK# uncured New York hot dogs made with 100% beef and seasoned naturally.

 

Lamb:

Grass-Fed Ground Lamb: 100% Grass-fed lamb ground in small batches from Katahdin, Dorper Sheep raised in open pastures on our Hudson Valley farm.

Grass-Fed Lamb Merguez: Sweet, savory, and earthy with a hint of spice, a thin red sausage made with 100% grass-fed and finished lamb.

Pork:

Everything Seasoned, Nitrate-Free Bacon: Pasture-raised pork, salt, sugar, cultured celery powder. Coated with sea salt, poppy seeds, garlic, minced onion, sesame seeds, caraway.

Nitrate-Free Homestyle Cut Bacon: Pasture-raised pork, sea salt, cane sugar.

Pasture-Raised Apples and Onion Pork Sausage: Pasture-raised pork, local Hudson Valley apples and onions, water, salt, white pepper, mace, nutmeg.

Pasture-Raised Broccoli Rabe Parmesan Pork Sausage: Pasture-raised pork, local broccoli rabe, pecorino romano and parmesan cheese, modified food starch (anti-caking agent), water, salt, white pepper, garlic.

Uncured Grass-Fed and Finished Hot Dogs: Grass-fed beef, water, seasoning mix (salt, mustard, paprika, dextrose, garlic powder, spices) non-fat dry milk, cultured celery powder, sheep casing.

 

Lamb:

Inside each bundle you'll find extra tender and flavorful pieces of pork, beef, and lamb with just the right marbling.

Yes, everything we make is of superior quality. But the bacon, sausages, ground beef, and lamb that make it to this box are the best of the best. This is the stuff we ship to restaurants, and discerning chefs pay top dollar to make their specials or signature dishes. Delivery Information:

  • We only deliver to NY, NJ, MA, CT, RI and PA (all zip codes).
  • Shipping is free on orders $75 and over. Regular rates apply otherwise.

Delivery Schedule:

We only ship on Monday and Tuesday each week, with a 24-48-hour delivery window. This guarantees your meats never get held by the carrier over the weekend.

  • Order before 10 am on Monday for Delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Order before 10 am Tuesday for Delivery Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Orders placed Wednesday to Sunday will ship the following Monday for delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • We use easily recyclable shipping containers and for each delivery we purchase carbon offsets that protect old-growth areas in the Amazon Rainforest.
